1. Gönderilen bildiriler daha önce herhangi bir toplantıda sunulmamış ve yayımlanmamış olmalıdır.
2. Sempozyumun kapsamı dil ve edebiyat çalışmalarıyla sınırlıdır: Batı dilleri ve edebiyatları, Doğu dilleri ve edebiyatları, Türk dili ve edebiyatı, çağdaş Türk lehçeleri ve edebiyatları, karşılaştırmalı edebiyat, dilbilim, çeviribilim vb.
3. Sözlü bildiriler 15 dakikalık süre içinde sunulacak şekilde düzenlenmelidir. Basım için verilecek tam metinse 15 sayfayı geçmemelidir. Bildiriler Türkçe ya da İngilizce sunulabilir.
4. Bildiri özetleri ve bildiri tam metinleri Word formatında olmalı, metinde 12 punto times newroman karakteri kullanılmalı, atıf sistemi olarak APA tercih edilmelidir.
5. Bildiri özetlerinin hacmi en az 200, en fazla 300 sözcükten oluşmalıdır.
6. Bildiri özetleri, sempozyum hakkındaki sayfada belirtilen tarihe kadar ilgili eposta adresimize gönderilmelidir. 10 Eylül 2023 tarihinde kabul edilen bildiriler, sempozyum sayfasından duyurulacaktır.

Söylem International Philology Symposium / 6-8 October 2023
1. Submitted papers must not have been presented or published in any meeting before.
2. The scope of the symposium is limited to language and literature studies: Western languages and literatures, Eastern languages and literatures, Turkish language and literature, contemporary Turkish dialects and literatures, comparative literature, linguistics, and translation studies.
3. Oral presentations should be arranged in a way that they will be presented within 15 minutes. The full text to be submitted for printing should not exceed 15 pages. Papers can be presented in Turkish or English.
4. Abstracts and full texts of papers should be in word format, 12-point times new roman should be used in the text, and APA should be preferred as the citation system.
5. The volume of the abstracts should be minimum 200 and maximum 300 words.
6. Abstracts should be sent to our relevant e-mail address until the date specified on the page about the symposium. Papers accepted on 10 September 2023 will be announced on the symposium page.
